Since the last time we wrote, a lot has happened. As you may have noticed, we have a new website and a new visual identity—and we’re very pleased with the results. We’ve also been selected for major research support programs (NEOTEC, Investigo, among others).

We’ve signed agreements with highly relevant commercial partners (DataSalus, Denodo) and have kicked off full-scale projects using our new methodological approach (value stream mining) in three exciting initiatives—two in industry and one in logistics. These involve SCADAs, ERPs, MES, and other systems within an ambitious and, we believe, unique process mining framework.

Meanwhile, we’ve spent the past few weeks working with a public administration to explore how some of its processes can be improved from the citizen’s perspective.

And we’ve just launched the world’s first living lab for process mining, together with Queizuar. The news has been covered by Emprendedores and El Español / Invertia.

But it’s not just the projects that are growing—the Inverbis team has grown nearly fivefold. The challenge of aligning procedures and culture while achieving a steady “cruising speed” in both development and commercial storytelling is a tough one—but in our case, it’s also filled with laughter. Nothing new under the sun, really, but always a happy problem to have.

And if all these updates sound like a lot—we still believe it’s just the beginning.
