Evaluate a process of your choice in our workshop

Many organizations express their skepticism as to whether the application of  process mining techniques can be beneficial for their business.

There are many cases in which the perceived tradeoff between the effort required to extract the data and potential problems that might be discovered is not favorable. Or, at least, it requires too much collaboration from other areas at times when everyone already has too much on their plates.

Our experience shows that, once you start working with it, even with high level information, there is always something unexpected that calls for a deeper dive, and makes it worth it. A kind of corporate “who could have known…”.

It’s almost the end of the year, and many are immersed in  planning for the next quarter. If you are considering providing your organization with the tools to understand deviations (known or unknown) from what is expected, and whether it is possible to align leaders with laggers in terms of performance, we have a proposal.

Below you can download a document that explains how a four-hour workshop, divided into two days, will allow you to evaluate a process of your choice. We explain how we do it, the role of each participant from the organization, and how to extract value from the data.

We use inverbis to perform the magic.

And, with a little luck, it’s something that the training department can take on. No risk, only the reward of detecting untapped potential for improvement.

Note: be prepared for a few surprises…
