Process mining is a largely agnostic technology.

That is, it can be applied across a large number of use cases and industries. However, from the point of view of the users (you as our reader), some kind of verticalization and packaging of a solution is needed to reduce analysis times and provide customized dashboards and monitoring capabilities for different situations. Otherwise, extracting value from process mining can become a daunting endeavor.

From this perspective, the process of creating solutions tailored to each particular need given the current state of maturity of  process intelligence as we understand it today, is either too slow and time consuming or so complex and costly to be worthwhile.

But do not despair my dear reader. Thanks to the inverbis API’s you have access to a new and powerful brick to build your custom applications.

All the functionalities of our solution are designed as services and are documented. Access is simple: just create your account and go to your profile menu. There you will find the access to the APIs.

Once there, all you have to do is request the token and… start building:

A further advantage of working with APIs and designing ad hoc solutions is that it does not require the use or acquisition of large complex solutions that can exceed the scope of the projects being considered and that increase costs, effort and risk.

What if I manufacture software and need a process analytics layer to add to the rest of my product options? We are seeing an increasing interest in this. Process mining can be conceived as a feature or as a service. For us they are both commercially and technically compatible.

In short, you can also use inverbis as one brick in your own process intelligence build.
